One Rectangle Limited is a British technology company. We build, invest in, and operate digital products and platforms. Our current venture is By The Numbers, a data-mapping tool for comparing geographic, infrastructure, and amenity data across UK postcodes.
Detonate Agency is our trading name and agency arm. Through it we deliver brand strategy, design, and digital production for clients, alongside the products we own and run ourselves. This mix of product and agency work shapes how we hire, prioritise, and plan for the long term.
Why One Rectangle?
A rectangle is the simplest closed shape with purpose. Deliberate, geometric, exact. One of them is enough to start. The name reflects how we approach work: no excess, no decoration, only what is necessary and considered.
We chose it because it cannot be misunderstood.
